General Conditions
All pallets and truckloads are sold as-is, with no express or implied warranties.
Merchandise may include customer returns, shelf pulls, salvage, and overstock items.
Refunds or returns will only be considered in cases of major discrepancies (e.g., incorrect load, significant missing pallets).
Requests for review must be made within 3 business days of receiving your order.
All claims require photographic or video evidence.
Return Process
Contact our support team at info@coholiquidationllc.com with your order number and description of the issue.
Provide clear photos or video proof of the received load.
Once verified, our team will review and may authorize a return or credit.
If approved, we will coordinate the return or issue a store credit or partial refund, depending on the case.
Exclusions
No refunds for buyer’s remorse or misjudged resale value.
Minor wear, open-box items, or mixed-condition merchandise are not grounds for return.
Damage during shipping must be filed with the carrier; COHO Liquidation LLC will assist but cannot guarantee reimbursement.
All approved refunds will be processed as store credit unless otherwise stated.
